We stopped at a camp site south of Porto near the beach. Only 7.10 euro a night with hot showers and clean. Easy walk to the beach and about 45 mins by cycle into Porto. The bus stop is outside and its 1.90 to Porto.
Porto a great city with bars and waterfront. Visited the port houses and waked to bridges. We have booked to do the River trip for a day up the Douro 3 locks one of which is a 30m rise and visit to Croft vineyard with a coach back to Porto. Breakfast and Lunch on the boat great value.
