Dropping out of a 7Km tunnel we arrived in the sunny fjord that is Flåm. The campsite is on the left with its apple blossom all out. After a walk into the jetty to see the train and the Queen Victoria docked at the quay.
In the morning we hiked up the hill to a local waterfall, whilst I sat admiring the view of Flam John went off with his drone! Late afternoon we travelled on the Flam railway, fantastic scenery and the story goes only special people can see women dancing at our convenient stop on route!
The apple blossom on the campsite is wonderful. Followed by a walk down the Flam valley to the church which dates back to 1670. Beautiful and peaceful area.
As we left we visited the Stegastein view point at 650 metres above the sea below.
