Barcelona - Blanes

We stopped for 3 nights on a car park in Blanes free. Had so great walks along the sea front and Tapas. On the Monday we caught the train to Barcelona about 1 hr 30 mins away. Getting off the got a daily bus tour around the city. The highlight of which was the visit to Sagrada Familia Antoni Gaudí's renowned unfinished church, started in the 1880s. It is hoped it will be finished by 2026 which will be 100 years since his death. The church has all the carvings on the outside and the inside needs to be seen to be believed. Its like being in a forest and the light is fantastic. It is one place you need to see for yourself. We carried on with the bus but it was very cold and has a look in the old town at night.
